Winter invites us to slow down and listen inward to rest, restore, and remember that healing is not a race. This year is the 7th annual Peers Empower Peers Conference and our theme is Cocoon: A Season of Rest and Renewal. This is an virtual gathering for our amzing peer community to unite and kindle the flames of hope. Offering a space to be supported, seen, and inspired as we navigate the darker months. Through shared stories, gentle workshops, and community connection, we’ll explore seasonal self-care, emotional resilience, and the quiet power of renewal.
